1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrueCount at truecount.gg ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

TrueCount is an educational training tool for practicing blackjack basic strategy and card counting techniques.

3. Accounts

You may use some features without an account. Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

TrueCount offers a free tier and paid Pro subscriptions. By subscribing to Pro, you agree to the following:

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal accessible from your account settings. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@truecount.gg if you believe you are owed a refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription limitations or access paid features without a valid subscription.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, strategy data, course materials, and branding on TrueCount are owned by TrueCount or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Your training data (accuracy records, session history) belongs to you. You can request an export at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any gambling losses, casino bans, or other consequences of using skills learned through TrueCount.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at support@truecount.gg. We will try to resolve it informally. If we cannot, any legal proceedings will be governed by the laws of the United States, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with updated Terms, you may cancel your account.

10. Termination

You may stop using TrueCount at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we will honor any data deletion requests per our Privacy Policy.
